Meet our Team
Bob Morse
Co-Founder & Principal BrokerBob helped establish Fountainhead Property Management around a straightforward philosophy: manage every property with an owner's mindset. As a real estate investor himself, he understands that successful property management involves more than collecting rent. It requires strong tenant relationships, disciplined expense management, thoughtful capital improvements, and a long-term focus on protecting and increasing the value of each property.
As Principal Broker, Bob provides strategic oversight for Fountainhead and works closely with the team on acquisitions, leasing, tenant relationships, capital improvements, and portfolio strategy.
Bob earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from Western Michigan University and has built his career around entrepreneurship, strong relationships, and a long-term approach to business. Married for nearly 40 years, he places a high value on family and the importance of building something that lasts. As a father and grandfather, Bob sees Fountainhead as more than a property management company - it is an opportunity to create lasting value for clients, partners, and future generations.
Kyle Bland
Managing Partner
Kyle built his career in oil and gas before shifting his focus to commercial real estate, finding the transition less like starting over and more like changing zip codes.
In oil and gas, Kyle learned to operate capital-intensive assets that pay off over years, not months: reading leases and title, tracking production against projections, negotiating with partners and royalty holders, and managing risk on assets you can't fully see or control. It's an industry that rewards discipline, patience, and a sharp eye for the fine print. Because a poorly negotiated clause today is an expensive problem five years from now.
Real estate, it turns out, runs on the exact same instincts. Commercial leases determine decades of cash flow the same way a division order does. CAM reconciliations demand the same attention to detail. Tenants and vendors take the place of partners and royalty owners. The asset itself, whether it's a wellhead or a strip mall, is only as valuable as the operational discipline behind it.
Today, as a property manager and real estate investor, Kyle brings that same operator's mindset: capital discipline, contract literacy, and a long-term view of asset management, to the commercial properties he manages and invests in. The commodity changed. The fundamentals didn't.
Laura Sebo
Director of Leasing & MarketingAs Director of Leasing and Marketing at Fountainhead Property Management, I have the opportunity to help businesses find the right space while also building meaningful relationships with our current tenants. I believe that great property management is about creating an environment where people feel welcomed, valued, and taken care of. Whether I’m helping someone find their next space or helping an existing tenant, I want every person I work with to feel heard, supported, and confident that they have someone in their corner. My goal is to make the experience as positive and seamless as possible, and I truly care about seeing our tenants and their businesses thrive.
Outside of work, family is at the heart of everything I do. I have been married to my husband for nine years, and we have two darling children who make my world brighter every day. They keep life full, fun, and always interesting! When I’m not working, I love spending time with my family and making memories together. I bring that same genuine care and personal connection into my work, and I’m grateful for the opportunity to be part of the Fountainhead community.
